I created Find Flow to support you in understanding what your heart, mind, and body are trying to tell you when something doesn’t feel right, or when the same distressing experiences keep repeating themselves.

No matter what mental health issues you face or how they started, you deserve the chance to learn how to move through them. You deserve to know what it feels like when someone asks “how are you,” you say “I’m good,” and you actually mean it.
